Lauren joined the Magnify team in 2021 to launch and lead the company’s Payroll division, bringing nearly a decade of experience in Human Capital Management sales. Her deep understanding of client needs and commitment to service excellence have helped shape Magnify Payroll into a trusted, growth-driven partner for businesses nationwide.
A proud Grove City College graduate, Lauren was a varsity swimmer and water polo player, earning three national tournament appearances and serving as editor of the Collegian newspaper.
Lauren lives in Pittsburgh with her high school sweetheart, Nick, their two children, and their boxer, Kane. When she’s not helping clients streamline their payroll, you’ll often find her at Kennywood or unwinding with her family at the lake—her favorite place to recharge and make memories.

Julie joined Magnify Payroll in 2022 as Director of Operations, bringing over 12 years of payroll experience across sales, implementation, tax, and customer service. Having worked in nearly every area of the business, she brings a deep understanding of both client and operational needs—making her an invaluable leader in ensuring Magnify delivers on its promise of excellence.
Known for her precision and care, Julie is dedicated to getting it right the first time, for both our clients and our team. Her work ethic, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to helping others define the experience she brings to Magnify Payroll every day.
When she’s not keeping operations running smoothly, she enjoys spending time with her husband, James, their talented and athletic daughter, Mika, and their dog, Howie—whether cheering at the field or enjoying a quiet weekend together.
